SAP PP Lead

Job description

• Analyze client business processes related to production planning and identify opportunities for improvement.


• Configure and customize the SAP PP module to meet specific business needs, including production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), capacity planning, and shop floor control.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, such as MM (Materials Management), QM (Quality Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution).


• Develop and deliver functional specifications, configuration documentation, and end-user training materials.


• Support data migration, system testing, and go-live activities, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.


• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing processes to maximize system efficiency.


• Stay current with SAP technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance service delivery.


• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in SAP PP module implementation and support.
Strong understanding of SAP PP functionalities, including production planning, MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and knowledge of SAP Fiori applications is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proven experience in client-facing roles, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
